When Media Turns Against Truth: A Voice from the Ground
Outside the Parliament, a journalist from Kairali TV posed a question to Suresh Gopi.
The question wasn’t about his previous support for Janata; it was about a completely different state.
Yet, if the answer he gave didn’t fit the narrative they had in mind—
Then suddenly, Suresh Gopi becomes the villain.
Today, it’s the media that stands against Kerala’s progress. Instead of enlightening the public, they're actively misleading them and turning them into fools.
Don’t take my word for it—look around.
In Kerala, Congress has the highest number of media houses under its influence.
Would any of them ever dare to publish even a whisper of criticism against Congress?
Highly unlikely.
The average person who tunes in to watch the news is being served biased narratives.
Even if the entire world praises the Modi government,
our “sharp” media gatekeepers have only one mission:
Keep the BJP out of Kerala.
This has become their sole agenda.
Genuine, unbiased journalism is almost extinct.
News is now just a business—tailored to fit the size of the bribe.
And at the top of this list:
News that promotes their own organizations.
When India’s first lifting bridge was proudly dedicated to the nation by Modi,
Did you see it being celebrated by the mainstream media here?
No.
The same goes for countless development projects by the central government.
Ignored. Erased.
If someone dares speak against Congress,
their words are silenced, clipped, twisted,
and used to provoke divisions among the people.
Today's media has become like a pack of wild dogs, attacking without mercy.
And yet, they still dare to speak of media ethics?
True ethics would be choosing dharma—righteousness.
Take for example Section 40, which allowed any property to be declared as Waqf property.
The Modi government removed it.
Now, Congress cries foul, claiming it’s anti-Muslim.
Really?
Congress thrives on igniting conflict between communities.
They fuel tensions and reap political rewards from the ashes.
And what of those sent to represent the people?
Education level: just 10th grade.
Can’t speak English. Can’t speak Hindi.
What will such people understand?
Sending them to Parliament is pointless. Every party should wake up to this reality.
At times, it felt like I was watching a session of the Kerala Legislative Assembly, not the Parliament of India.
As for the Communist government's decline—
No one wants CPM to collapse entirely. But what’s the truth?
Thanks to social media and the rise of CCTV society,
blind trust in political narratives is fading.
People have begun to see throu
gh the lies—
And it’s hitting them where it hurts most.
